Ich bin ein &#8222;salziger&#8220; Typ und nehme immer 2 schwach geh\u00e4ufte Teel\u00f6ffel)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f9f5f3\"><strong>SO GEHT&#8217;S IM TERRORMIX<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Waln\u00fcsse 4 Sekunden auf Stufe 5 hacken, zusammen mit dem Sesam in einer Pfanne ohne \u00d6l anr\u00f6sten und wieder ein bisschen abk\u00fchlen lassen.<br>Margarine (m\u00f6glichst zimmerwarm, kalt geht aber auch) in St\u00fccken zusammen mit den getrockneten Tomaten in den Mixtopf geben, B\u00e4r- oder Knoblauch, Tomatenmark und Salz zugeben und 8 Sekunden auf Stufe 4 vermixen.&nbsp; Ggf. mit dem Spatel zusammenschieben und noch 2-3 Sekunden r\u00f6deln lassen, falls die Butter noch zu st\u00fcckig ist.<br>Dann Sesam und Waln\u00fcsse zuf\u00fcgen und 10 Sekunden auf Stufe 5 im Linkslauf vermixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#f9f5f3\"><strong>SO WIRD&#8217;S VON HAND GEMIXT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Waln\u00fcsse grob hacken, mit dem Sesam in einer Pfanne ohne \u00d6l anr\u00f6sten und abk\u00fchlen lassen. Zusammen mit den getrockneten Tomaten (abgetropft, falls in \u00d6l eingelegt) in den H\u00e4cksler der K\u00fcchenmaschine geben und kleinschreddern. Dann alle anderen Zutaten zugeben und gut verquirlen, bis eine weitestgehend homogene h\u00fcbsch-orange Creme entstanden ist. Wer keine K\u00fcchenmaschine hat, sollte wohl auch mit dem Stabmixer zum gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnis kommen.<br><br>Tomatenbutter bis zur weiteren Verwendung im K\u00fchlschrank parken.<br><br>Die Nussbutter ist ein Superbegleiter zu Grillparties und stielt dort garantiert jeder Kr\u00e4uterbutter die Show &#8211;&nbsp; schmeckt aber auch einfach auf &#8217;ner Klappstulle oder \u00fcber Pasta.
