Eine gem\u00fcsige Cremesuppe ganz ohne Sahne! Aber bevor man sich vor Freude den kalorienbewussten Ranzen reibt, werfe ich noch schnell \u201eAber mit Cashewmus!\u201c ein. Nicht das am Ende noch ein Kaloriendefizit entsteht! Wer das nicht so mag, nimmt halt nur 1 oder \u00bd TL)<\/li><li>1 EL Alba\u00f6l (Raps\u00f6l mit Buttergeschmack)<\/li><li>1 TL Salz<\/li><li>1 TL Zitronensaft<\/li><li>1\/2 TL Schwarzer Pfeffer<\/li><li>Paprika und Cayenne-Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\">(M\u00f6hren und Kartoffeln sind ohne Schale und der Lauch bereits fertig geputzt in die Waage geklettert, sprich: Das o.g. Gewicht gilt f\u00fcr gesch\u00e4ltes Gem\u00fcse. Aber auf ein paar Gramm mehr oder weniger kommt&#8217;s ohnehin nicht an.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fffdd1\"><strong>UND SO WIRD&#8217;S GEMACHT!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Lauch und M\u00f6hren putzen. Den Lauch in feine Streifen schneiden, die M\u00f6hre der L\u00e4nge nach halbieren und ebenfalls in m\u00f6glichst d\u00fcnne Scheibchen schneiden. Das \u00d6l in einem Topf erhitzen, M\u00f6hren nebst Lauch darin ca. 8 Minuten unter R\u00fchren and\u00fcnsten und umf\u00fcllen. <br><br>Zwiebel und Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len und beides in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Zwiebel kurz im Pott and\u00fcnsten, die Kartoffelst\u00fccke dazu schubsen, mit Wasser aufgie\u00dfen und ca. 15 Minuten k\u00f6cheln, bis die Kartoffeln weich sind. Dann Cashewmus, Zitronensaft, Senf und Gew\u00fcrze zugeben, das Ganze mit dem P\u00fcrierstab zu einer cremigen Suppe verzaubern und das M\u00f6hren-Lauchgem\u00fcse zugeben. Wenn die M\u00f6hrchen noch &#8218;Biss&#8216; haben, das Ganze noch ein paar Min\u00fctchen zart k\u00f6cheln lassen, umr\u00fchren und servieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fffdd1\"><strong>HALT! WAS IST DENN JETZT MIT DEM KNOBLAUCH?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Ach ja&#8230;der Knoblauch! Falls also Knoblauch verwendet werden soll (was definitiv kein Fehler sein kann, aber manchmal eben aus sozialen Gr\u00fcnden nicht ins M\u00fcffelprogramm passt), dann einfach die entsprechende Zehe pressen\/fein hacken und zusammen mit den Zwiebeln and\u00fcnsten. <br><br>Wer gerade kein Cashewmus im Schrank hat, muss nicht extra deswegen losrasen und diese &#8211; zugegebenerma\u00dfen ziemlich teure &#8211; K\u00f6stlichkeit kaufen, sondern kann stattdessen Tahini (Sesamus) verwenden, aber davon lieber ein bisschen weniger als die angegeben 50 g. <br><br>Die o.g. Menge ergibt 2 Portionen. \u00dcbriggebliebene Suppe kann man auch im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren und aufw\u00e4rmen, und sogar als So\u00dfe zu Nudeln oder \u2013 verr\u00fcckt! &#8211; Kartoffeln verspachteln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#fffdd1\"><strong>M\u00d6HRIGE LAUCHCREMESUPPE IM FESTTAGSGEWAND<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-white-background-color has-text-color has-background\">Die Suppe ist zwar ratzfatz gek\u00f6chelt und kommt ohne luxuri\u00f6se Zutaten aus, k\u00f6nnte aber durch ihre feine Creme-Konsistenz und mit ein bisschen Optik-Chichi durchaus der Auftakt eines festlichen 3-G\u00e4nge-Men\u00fcs sein.
