Haferflocken und Zartbitterschokolade sagt man wegen des darin enthaltenen Tryptophans ja eine stimmungsaufhellende Wirkung nach &#8211; und in Sachen &#8222;Stimmung&#8220; muss man ja manchmal nach allem grapschen, was man kriegen kann. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-797100774ee00abd04daf993832b37bf wp-block-paragraph\">Man kann statt des Apfeldicksaftes auch Ahornsirup oder Agavendicksaft nehmen &#8211; ich bevorzuge aber die regionale Variante, die zudem noch in der wiederverwendbaren Glasflasche statt &#8217;nem bl\u00f6den Plastik-Quetscht\u00fcbchen daherkommt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-8a2d3bbcb31631a178e312cace74f663 wp-block-paragraph\">Die u.a. Menge ergibt einen eher\nkleinen Kuchen, den ich in einer 20 x 18 cm-Form backe und auch nur\ndann, wenn der Ofen eh vorher wegen irgendwas Anderem warmgelaufen\nist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-2de174a89738ad8593be1b8dbeee0bd9 wp-block-paragraph\">Man kann aber auch gleich die doppelte Teigmenge zubereiten und den Kuchen in eine 26 cm-Springform betten. Dann lohnt sich der Stromverbrauch auch eher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b81c65f0f3e721431e093007434f52f3 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZUTATEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-cb7944d71dce381a5f378f74b7d9fe76 wp-block-paragraph\">50 g Haferflocken<br>250 g wei\u00dfe Bohnen (gekocht)<br>15 g Kakaopulver<br>1 Prise Salz<br>80 g Apfeldicksaft<br>40 g Kokos\u00f6l<br>1 T\u00fctchen Bourbonvanillezucker<br>1\/2 TL Weinsteinbackpulver<br>80 g Zartbitterschokolade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZUBEREITUNG IM TERRORMIX<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e9286af93bf33298d0605ee8437d2045 wp-block-paragraph\">Haferflocken und Schokolade in den\nMixtopf geben und auf Stufe 10 fein zermahlen. Die anderen Zutaten in\nden Pott schubsen und auf Stufe 5 zu einer homogenen Paste zerr\u00f6deln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZUBEREITUNG HANDBETRIEB<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8b746f5db4de3e41eae84d803051f6db wp-block-paragraph\">Die Haferflocken in der\nMoulinette\/K\u00fcchenmaschine\/Foodprozessor nach Wahl mahlen. Wenn man\nkein solches Ger\u00e4t zur Verf\u00fcgung hat, am besten zarte Haferflocken\nnehmen und ggf. mit einem M\u00f6rser\/L\u00f6ffel zerreiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5c370c7324ad8cd6d8acc3f494e26648 wp-block-paragraph\">Die Schokolade m\u00f6glichst fein hacken\nund die Bohnen p\u00fcrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6a5b489a6d330262c61837ce7d4a4964 wp-block-paragraph\">Danach alle Zutaten zusammen in eine\nSch\u00fcssel geben und mit P\u00fcrierstab oder Handmixer zu einer homogenen\nMasse vermixen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#a30000\"><strong>UND WEITER GEHT&#8217;S!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d4da775f6dc3e8f318ca5494a2639cc5 wp-block-paragraph\">Den Backofen auf 180 Grad vorheizen,\nTeig in einer kleinen (ca. 20 x 18) mit Backpapier ausgelegten oder\neingefetteten Form glattstreichen und ca. 18-20 Minuten backen.
