{"id":8178,"date":"2021-06-16T05:12:25","date_gmt":"2021-06-16T03:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/danielamohr.com\/mohrblog\/?p=8178"},"modified":"2023-10-30T07:16:07","modified_gmt":"2023-10-30T05:16:07","slug":"reibekuchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/danielamohr.com\/mohrblog\/2021\/06\/16\/reibekuchen\/","title":{"rendered":"Reibekuchen &#8211; Rievkooche"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Wenn die Sonne aus dem Lachen nicht mehr rauskommt und das Thermometer zielstrebig \u00fcber die 30 Grad-Marke kraxelt, verlangt der Magen nach leichten, k\u00fchlenden Sommergerichten wie&#8230;.\u00e4hm&#8230;fettige Reibekuchen? <br><strong>&#8222;Was stimmt denn nicht mit ihnen, Frau Mohr?&#8220;<\/strong><br>Also, \u00e4hm, ja..ich glaube, ich erw\u00e4hnte es bereits, dass ich selbst bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen nahezu ALLES essen kann und mir die Hitze niemals auf den Appetit schl\u00e4gt. <br><br>Aber ich kann auch zu meiner Ehrenrettung erw\u00e4hnen, dass die Reibekuchen nach dieser einfachen Rezeptur auch prima kalt &#8222;auf der Stulle&#8220; schmecken und somit einen \u00e4u\u00dferst kompetenten B\u00fcro- oder Wanderproviant abgeben. <br><br>So&#8217;n richtig originaler &#8222;Rievkooche&#8220; enth\u00e4lt zwar Ei, aber mit diesem Rezept gelingt er auch ohne. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>ZUTATEN<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">400 g Kartoffeln (vorwiegend festkochend)<\/span> <br><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">25 g Kichererbsenmehl<\/span><br><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">1 kleine Zwiebel<\/span><br><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">1 TL Salz<\/span><br><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">schwarzer Pfeffer, Paprikapulver (ger\u00e4uchert, falls vorhanden)<\/span><br><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Raps\u00f6l zum Braten<br>optional: etwas Knoblauch, frisch oder als Granulat<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">SO GEHT&#8217;S IM TERRORMIX<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, zerteilen und zusammen mit den anderen Zutaten in den Mixtopf schubsen und ca. 15 Sek. auf Stufe 5 zerh\u00e4ckseln. <\/span><br><br><strong><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">SO GEHT&#8217;S IM HANDBETRIEB<\/span><\/strong><br><br><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, zerteilen und entweder &#8222;von Hand&#8220; fein reiben oder zusammen mit der Zwiebel mit einem Foodprozessor nach Wahl zerkleinern. Gew\u00fcrze zugeben und gut vermischen. <br><br><strong>Gew\u00fcrz-Tipp:<\/strong><br>Nicht zu sparsam sein beim W\u00fcrzen &#8211; die Kartoffelmasse &#8222;frisst&#8220; einiges an Intensit\u00e4t. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>UND WEITER GEHT&#8217;S!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><span style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Raps\u00f6l in einer beschichten Pfanne erhitzen (auch hier: nicht zu sparsam! Rievkooche sind kein fettarmes Fitness-Gericht!) und jeweils ca. 1,5 Essl\u00f6ffel Kartoffelteig erst in der Hand ein wenig zusammendr\u00fccken, dann vorsichtig in die Pfanne geben, leicht flachstreichen, die R\u00e4nder andr\u00fccken und brutzeln lassen, bis sich ein brauner Rand bildet. <br>Dann vorsichtig wenden und fertigbraten. <br><br>Insgesamt erfordert dieser Teig ein wenig Fingerspitzengef\u00fchl beim Braten und Wenden, weil das Kichererbsenmehl nicht ganz so gut klebt und bindet wie Ei. Also lieber erstmal kleinere Reibekuchen backen und Vorsicht walten lassen. Daf\u00fcr werden sie erst leicht angebrutzelt, bis sie zart Farbe annehmen.
