Mein Lieblings-Gl\u00e4schen &#8222;Himmelaya&#8220; haben sie dabei gleich mitgenommen &#8211; was ich ziemlich ungeheuerlich finde, denn dieses indisch inspirierte Kidneybohnen-Daal war echt mal verdammt lecker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-5e6cf4519b7bb8c5c5d7b3d1bff71d0d\">Die immer noch im Netz zug\u00e4ngliche Produktbeschreibung (und Zutatenliste) dieses Gerichtes berichtet, dass es an das indische &#8222;Rajma Masala&#8220; angelehnt ist &#8211; und DAF\u00dcR findet man tats\u00e4chlich ziemliche viele Rezepte im Netz. Also habe ich mich mal rangemacht und mein eigenes Himmelaya gekocht.<br><br>Im Bean-Bros-Original werden keine Zwiebeln und keinen Knoblauch verk\u00f6chelt &#8211; aber gerade das mag ich ja ziemlich gerne und in allen indischen Rezepten, die ich so finde, wird daran auch nicht gespart&#8230;und \u00fcberhaupt muss ich mich hier nach GAR nix richten und kann alles reinwerfen, was ich m\u00f6chte. Anarchie am Herd! Ahoi!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-614f4bdf903d88d2a96c7ce3f5919601\">Das traditionelle Ghee habe ich hier durch Raps\u00f6l mit Buttergeschmack ersetzt. Und da ich kein &#8222;Kashmiri Mirch&#8220; (indisches Chili mit besonders roter Farbe und &#8211; so munkelt man &#8211; besonderer W\u00fcrze)  daheim habe, habe ich stattdessen Cayennepfeffer und ger\u00e4uchertes Paprikapulver genommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-850cec400441365bbeff4b46db37d12d\">Und bevor nun jemand dahergeh\u00fcpft kommt und sich emp\u00f6rt, dass es SO aber KEIN authentisches Rajma Masala ist, nenne ich das Gericht halt einfach RajMOHR. Damit ist allen Klugschei\u00dfern gleich mal der Wind aus den Segeln genommen. (&#8222;Wind&#8220; ist ja \u00fcbrigens ein gutes Stichwort bei Bohnen und Zwiebeln&#8230;aber das ist eine Geschichte, die ein andermal erz\u00e4hlt werden soll. Oder&#8230;vielleicht besser auch nicht.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-a48ae21e0382fcf166ec7869b78ad17c\" style=\"color:#a80000;background-color:#f4f4f4\"><strong>ZUTATEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Zwiebel <br>1-2 Knoblauchzehen <br>ca. 25 g Ingwer <br>1 TL Kreuzk\u00fcmmelsamen (nicht das gemahlene Pulver)<br>1\/2 gestr. TL Cayennepfeffer <br>1\/2 gestr. TL Paprika, ger\u00e4uchert <br>1 gestr. TL Koriander, gemahlen<br>1gestr. TL Garam Masala<br>1\/2 TL Salz<br>1 Prise Zimt<br>2 EL Raps\u00f6l mit Buttergeschmack <br><br>1 Dose gest\u00fcckelte Tomaten <br>ca. 100 ml Wasser<br><br>2 Dosen Kidneybohnen (bei mir waren es 2 Dosen \u00e1 285 g Abtropfgewicht, also insgesamt &#8222;ca. 600 g Bohnen&#8220;)<br>frischer gehackter Koriander (1-2 EL, je nachdem wie gerne man Koriander mag)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-be51e861a82fbd22afdd7470170c3f00\" style=\"color:#a80000;background-color:#f4f4f4\"><strong>UND SO WIRD&#8217;S GEMACHT!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Ingwer sch\u00e4len und so fein hacken, wie es Zeit und Geduld zulassen. Wie man auf dem Foto sieht, war am Entstehungs-Tag beides bei mir nicht so wirklich vorhanden &#8211; aber grunds\u00e4tzlich wird die So\u00dfe besser und &#8222;pastiger&#8220;, wenn die 3 Zutaten fein gehackt oder gar gerieben werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dann das Raps\u00f6l in einem Topf erhitzen, die W\u00fcrfelchen darin anschwitzen und die Gew\u00fcrze (bis auf das Salz) zugeben und mit anr\u00f6sten. Ca. 5 Minuten unter R\u00fchren schmurgeln, dann die Tomaten zugeben, unterr\u00fchren und ca. 10 Minuten etwas einkochen (immer sch\u00f6n r\u00fchren! Ich sag&#8217;s ja nur!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Danach die Bohnen in den Tomatentopf schubsen, Salz zugeben, alles gut verr\u00fchren und weitere 15 Minuten leise k\u00f6cheln.
