Denn der Rotweinrest, der in seiner Flasche neben meiner Couch vor sich hind\u00fcmpelte, war ja irgendwie in so einem Rotweinkuchen deutlich bek\u00f6mmlicher aufgehoben als in meinem Schlund.<br>(Und der Umstand, dass &#8217;ne halbleere Pulle Rotwein ganz selbstverst\u00e4ndlich neben meinem Sofa steht, zeigt ja irgendwie auch deutlich, dass es keine ganz so schlechte Idee ist, den Alkoholkonsum doch mal eindringlich zu \u00fcberdenken. Das nur am Rande.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-aefe5cbd572435b03b7a4917cfbe4c77\" style=\"background-color:#fff4d3\"><strong>ZUTATEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b73fc6030be10f7f228586dfc1363dfa\">350 g Dinkelmehl Typ 630<br>190 g Bio-R\u00fcbenzucker<br>1 T\u00fctchen Orangenschalenabrieb (am besten bio)<br>90 g gemahlene Haseln\u00fcsse<br>100 g Zartbitter-Schokolade<br>60 g Kakaopulver<br>1 P\u00e4ckchen Weinsteinbackpulver<br>1 gestr. TL Zimt<br>\u00bc gestr. TL Salz<br>120 g \u00d6l (bei mir wie immer Raps\u00f6l mit Buttergeschmack)<br>190 g Rotwein<br>280 g Mineralwasser (das mit \u201eordentlich Sprudel\u201c drin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a1114beeb185cfeea2d95b429291a300\">Puderzucker und Rotwein f\u00fcr eine dekorative Zuckerguss-Haube<br>alternativ: Schokoladenkuvert\u00fcre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-66e2e2cd4ad97404af0418a87adace17\" style=\"background-color:#fff4d3\"><strong>UND LOS GEHT&#8217;S!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f8f2be2cc3c8281965ee7fa9853c6b4f\">Als erste Amtshandlung wird der Ofen auf 180\u00b0C Ober- und Unterhitze vorgeheizt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6a12a23a6fcf1b898ba9c5d8f4971c0a\">Punkt 2 im sonnt\u00e4glichen Kuchenbackprotokoll sieht ein ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfes Zerteilen der Schokolade in kuchenteiggerechte Einheiten vor, sprich: Die Schokolade wird mit einem scharfen Messer kleingehackt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9ca4dbdc4430b6d222b466aab6f4de93\">Danach werden zuerst die trockenen Zutaten (Mehl, Zucker, Orangenschale, N\u00fcsse, gehackte Schokolade, Kakaopulver, Backpulver und Gew\u00fcrze) in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischt, im Anschluss werden \u00d6l, Rotwein und Mineralwasser z\u00fcgig mit Handmixer oder einem L\u00f6ffel unterger\u00fchrt (und wenn ich \u201ez\u00fcgig\u201c schreibe, meine ich das auch so! Je l\u00e4nger man r\u00fchrt, umso weniger fluffig wird das Ergebnis. Goldene R\u00fchrkuchenbackweisheit!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-115e599abb8ee328e9a5d945547ffcb2\">Den fertigen Teig in eine 23 cm-Guglhupfform einf\u00fcllen (die Kuchenform an sich ist \u00fcbrigens nicht durch Gesetze festgelegt, auch Kasten- oder Springformen sind konform. Hauptsache, am Ende kommt&#8217;n Kuchen dabei rum!), in den Ofen schieben und ca. 1 Stunde backen. Hier ist die St\u00e4bchenprobe zwar freiwillig, aber unerl\u00e4sslich, wenn man ein einen durchgebackenen Hupf haben m\u00f6chte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-51d2c649258f6b3ef2793a856b0d52bb\">Aufh\u00fcbschen darf man den Kuchen auch noch vollkommen frei nach eigenem Gusto: Entweder man r\u00fchrt aus Puderzucker und Rotwein einen Zuckerguss zusammen, oder bekleidet den veganen Rotweinkuchen mit Schokoladenkuvert\u00fcre oder st\u00e4ubt Puderzucker dar\u00fcber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-09033c1f6523ffb5c313d2870485fd63\">Und das dieser Kuchen absolut tabu ist, wenn Kinder oder Menschen mit ernsten Alkoholproblemen mitessen, versteht sich nat\u00fcrlich von selbst. Hier k\u00f6nnte Traubensaft eine Alternative sein, das ist allerdings ungetestet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4d64b31baae311a6303377ce83ad50b9\">Ach ja \u2013 noch ein Wort zum Thema \u201eGute Vors\u00e4tze zum Jahresauftakt\u201c: Wer sich ab Januar vegn(er) ern\u00e4hren m\u00f6chte und noch ein wenig Hilfestellung braucht&#8230;ich habe just ein Kochbuch mit supereinfachen, preiswerten, aber extrem leckeren Gerichten ohne Firlefanz, Schnickes und Ged\u00f6ns geschrieben, das k\u00f6nnte dabei helfen. Es w\u00e4re mir ein Fest.
